Work experienced programmes (Paid & Unpaid) /
Work Experience courses offer students the opportunity to learn a language and combine this with a period of work experience in a local company. A minimum period of classroom study is usually required before students can start their work experience placement. Work Experience placements are generally unpaid, although the company may pay for lunches and travel costs to and from work.
Work Experience courses give students the opportunity to practice their language skills in a real-life setting, as well as the opportunity to gain real work experience. At the end of their placement they will be given a course and work certificate, proving their achievement. They are available all year and intakes are usually scheduled on specific dates.
