Academic transcripts and awards
If you require a copy of your academic transcript you will need to complete the Academic Transcript Request form and submit it to Information and Application Centre by email, or in person.

Once you successfully pass all the requirements of your programme, you will be entitled to receive your sealed award.

Student ID cards
If you are enrolled and have paid your fees or made an arrangement to pay your fees e.g. via student loan, you are entitled to a student ID card. You may be asked to verify that you have paid your fees and show some personal identification.

Fitness and recreation
You will find some excellent sports, fitness and recreation facilities near Otara campus and across the Auckland region.
Otara Campus
The Otara Leisure Centre is located on Newbury Street, next to South Campus.
It offers recreation programmes, a free heated swimming pool, sauna and spa, sunbed, and a fitness centre, with competitive membership fees and students are welcome.
Sports teams
Our Student Success team provides opportunities for you to enjoy sporting and recreational activities on a social or more competitive level. We currently have netball, volleyball, basketball, touch, rugby league and soccer teams.
Counties Manukau Sports
Counties Manukau Sport is a community organisation established to help improve the quality of sport and physical activity for all people in the Counties Manukau region.
Manukau Leisure
Manukau Leisure provides leisure, swimming and fitness programmes at various recreation centres and public aquatic centres across the region.
