Our partner school in Eastbourne benefits from accreditations by the British Council and is a member of English UK. It is situated a few metres away from the beach, in a very nice building surrounded by a garden, and has a terrace. Besides the well-equipped classrooms, some of which have interactive whiteboards, you will also find multimedia equipment and free internet access, video players, a DVD library and a language lab. If you are looking for some peace and quiet, you will find it in the well-equipped library.

You will be very close to the town centre of Eastbourne, which is practical for doing your shopping! The shops, restaurants and other attractions as well as sports facilities are located nearby. A canteen looks out onto the terrace and gardens. The school gives quality teaching for international students with an average age of around 23 years. Anyone looking for a peaceful environment will enjoy Eastbourne.

The school organises trips to London to attend the famous musicals such as Phantom of the Opera and The Lion King? Or perhaps you would prefer to spend the weekend in Oxford, Cambridge or Brighton with your new friends? Or to go away camping? Enjoy a round of golf? Whatever your desires, Eastbourne and its surrounds will certainly not leave you bored! Although if you want a change of scenery, Brighton is only 30-40 minutes away by train, making it easy to go to for the day or for a night out.

At St Giles we offer a complete package ensuring you have everything you need for a successful and enjoyable period of study. We offer you a wide choice of accommodation options for all needs and budgets, transfers to and from our centres, social activities and comprehensive insurance.

Support and Welfare: Our staff are here to help and support you from the moment you arrive in our schools, to the day you return home. We have welfare officers in every centre to ensure your safety and well-being, while our Academic Counsellors will help you with your studies and can advise you on your future career or educational life.

We also have dedicated Child Protection Officers who are responsible for students under the age of 18. You will also receive a 24-hour telephone number for use outside school hours.

Social Programme: Our social and excursion programmes are designed to help you have fun, make friends, practise your English, and explore the city and country you are living in. At each year-round school there is an Activity Organiser who will arrange afternoon, evening and weekend activities.

You can choose from local weekday activities and sports, a range of full-day weekend excursions, as well as mini-breaks over the weekend. There will be at least five events each week.
